a Long Time Encounter
i hope someone can complain about park mall air conditioning services, how in the world will anyone be in the right mind to switch off the air con at 1pm on a saturday when they obviously know that there are people still in the building working. but well, its already off work time, so gonna run off after blogging this post.
>.< and i lost my bet with ah bon mama of shedding 10kg off by march, cuz in the end i only managed to shed off 5kg. so i surrendered my ds lite to her for safekeeping for 3 months!!!! anyways for my dieting, i avoided having rice - cuz of the carbohydrates, and noodles and rice. its not like a totally not having at all, but more like cutting down as much as i can and have more veggies, meat and fruits. as for exercising, i dun really have much time to do the 3 times per week exercise. and moreover i dun like running/jogging so i can only do 1-2 sessions of brisk walking per week and each time it lasts about 30 minutes or so. gonna move on to the next phase of the plan, to lose 5-7kg by coming end of april. hope that i can make it this time!!!!
i had the weirdest and funny dream last nite, i actually dreamt of takeshi kaneshiro talking to me and being friends. and in the dream i saw like so many people who has been in and out of my life, like my ex school friends, best friends, classmates, colleagues and etc. but it was pretty nice, no ending cuz i woke up halfway and by the time i got back to sleep. no more dreams le. sadded la.
oh yeah and i met alex yesterday at plaza singapura and we even had dinner together. we walked around abit before deciding to dine at sakae teppenyaki. it was like so freaking long since i last saw him la. and he changed abit - positive change =P and little did i expect him to be working as a pastry chef la! and yeah cuz the last time that i saw him i was still having my long hair hahaha, so when he saw me yesterday, he was like "omy god, what happened to your hair? did u 失恋?" gosh why does everyone who didn't see me for ages keep asking me the same thing xD. but well we managed to catch up abit and exchanged contact. anyways it was a nice evening last nite.
gonna go peeeeee...another time again!!!! lol
